Temper T in Boston!
Dang — it’s been more than a few months since the last NMB blog post. We’ve been keeping busy, and trust us when we say — more music is on the way!
Congrats to Temper T on his move out East — he’s laying the groundwork for the Lightsleeper family out in Boston, MA…hopefully we can get out there one day soon!
Wade’s been busy on the music front — paving the way for future projects and collabs. Hopefully he’ll be on the blog soon with some much-anticipated updates.
Yours truly has been on the grind as well — writing and slowly putting together my solo project. All beats are being provided by none other than Joe Dub himself — and I’ll be putting some samples up shortly….the concept is ill, with Joe laying the beats down with only classic Hawaii-based vinyl samples. Hawaiian jazz, soul, folk, rock and more — nothing other than samples from right here. Not so much a concept album as an expression that we don’t have to look far to find dope musical inspirations and foundations.
Don’t sleep. We’re coming. NMB!
